[Resolved]  National Insurance Co.Ltd — Refund my premium amount

Sir, I paid a payment Rs.521/- to National Insurance company ltd. for a motor cycle insurance buying on 10/7/2014.But it was not success to buy policy.The amount has been debited from account.This amount is not refunded to my account till now. So, I request to know from you.May this amount is refunded or not ? If refunded, Please take soon necessary action for this said purpose and oblige.
