National Insurance Company — delay in claim no response after surveyor visit | |||
We had motor insurance with national insurance company. Our car caught fire in the mid-night of 12th june. Claim intimated by visiting local branch office but intimation was not done until third visit. Claim intimated on 26 june 2019 according to the website but intimation first attempted on 13th june 2019. Surveyor deputed on 28th june 2019. Surveyor visited on 29th june 2019. Since then there is no contact from the insurer. No reply to emails or calls. It's very hard to trust such insurance company and policy bazar. This is the first time we actually had the situation to lodge claim for motor loss. National insurance company is not responding or delaying the process. Please avoid national insurance company for motor insurance. We are struggling to make a contact with them for our claim. Was this information helpful? | |||
