I bought my bike on March 24 2021 and insured it with National Insurance company insurance policy(Vehicle.No. TS 04 FB 6516, Insured Name. Mr.Vanamoju Naveen Sathya, Policy.No.[protected]) .On February 20 2022 my bike met with an accident and made and insurance claim on 24 February 2022(Claim No.[protected] and submitted the required documents to the insurance company .On March 07 2022, My bike is fully repaired in Venkanna hero showroom, Ramachandrapuram and the surveyor had collected the bills from the service centre on that day or on the next day. Today it is May 3 2022, it's been almost 2 months since i submitted the repair bills and still i didn't got my claim money. I contacted the National insurance customer care and they are not giving any reason reason and saying to wait for more days. Without proper reason why should customer wait? Are insurance company is waiting for customer pay policy money without cancelling the policy after valid date.Then why should customer wait without proper reason ? National insurance should need to be responsive and give proper explanation.
