[Resolved]  National Insurance Company — Non-receipt of policy docs. (PARIVAR MEDICLAIM) even after 4 months!!

I took the above policy (PARIVAR MEDICLAIM) for my family thro' their agent here at Changanacherry and paid their charges (Rs. 10, 693/-) on 11th February 2014. At that time the agent told that I will receive the policy documents within 1 month. (ie. on or before 12th March 2014). Today is 6th june 2014. Almost 4 months have elapsed since I paid for the insurance. When I contacted the agent, they are simply telling you'll receive the documents very soon.
