National Insurance — my claim is not getting cleared

Its being a very long time still my claimed amount is not cleared,
also no specific reason is shown on MD india portal as well as no appropriate/satisfactory statement from customer care executive.

now condition is going worst, my mother borrow money from any other source for treatment.
they asked for their money to my mother and behave very rudely,
i want a strict action against NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY and i want my money back at any cost.
