National Pension System — Transaction failed in NPS, but Rs15000/- debited from account.

I made a payment of Rs 15000 towards my NPS account through https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ using my IDFC bank net banking. The money was debited from my bank account, but the transaction failed on the https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ site. Screenshots attached.
I have not got my money back yet. Please assist in getting Rs 15000 back.
