National Voter Service Portal — Not able to Send Form-6

I have shifted from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. I have Karnataka election ID card. For 2017 Gujarat assembly elections, the voter list is getting updated now and I need to change the same. and have been trying to modify the voter card as per new address using Form-6. I have filled up Form-6, saved it to my hard disk. However, when I try to send Form-6, the portal does not respond and I have to close the browser.

I have sent a mail to their tech support team, but no response is received. As I need to get my voter ID changed to Gujarat before 15-Oct to ensure that I am able to vote in 2017 assembly elections, I need the resolution fast
