Hi i ordered a kurti from nattashi few days ago on cash on delivery. After 3 days today i got a poor quality cloth piece instead of a kurti. This is highly disappointing. I am trying to get contact details but unfortunately nothing is mentioned. What is the return policy. Pls help me in getting my hard earned money back. This seems to be a fraud site.

We have purchased a long kurti and the deleviry boy came an tak rps and when i open the package i was surprised there is no bill and istead of kurti its a poor quality saree. .
