[Resolved]  Naturals Unisex Salon — hair dresser was not skilled.. i lost 50 percent of hair after hair highlights

On oct 6th i went to naturals salon.. And got highlights done.. I told the hair dresser whose name is farma that i want copper brown golden blode 8.34 color.. But god knows what color he picked.. My hair looked yellow color.. And i was not happy with service.. He was very rude to me.. I told him i want one on to the left side of my head.. He said.. No.. He has done highlights on the right side and left side is incomplete. He also said.. He knows what to do..

I couldnot come out of my house for 10days.. I was so unhappy with the color.. All my family members scolded me.

Later after 2 weeks i went to the same salon again.. I got my hair color changed.. I was happy with the color..

But as soon as i washed my hair.. My hair started falling out like hell.. And it is still continuing..50 percent of hair is fallen out.. Am almost bald now.. I have to go to ofc now.. But iam unable to face people.. I lost confidence.. Lost my beautiful hair.. I m not able to stay happy with whtevr has happened to my hair.

Iam 100%sure.. That hair dresser has not mixed the hair color product in a correct proportion..

First time when i gor my highlights.. I didnt lose hair.. Second time when i got hair highlights i lost my hair..

When i went back to them.. They were saying its not because of highlights.. Its because of my hair sensitivity.. But this much hair fall has never happened to me till now..

That guy should be fired immediately.
He instead of apologizing.. Was talking rude to me..

That lady pallavi.. Who sits in the reception is least concerned abt wht has happened.
