1. Toxic Behaviors
2. Changing lots of Facial Expressions while speaking with any Employees.
3. Managers are not professional always wearing Unprofessional Dress in the office like Jeans or short dresses, or a seducing kind of Dress in the office.
4. Insane or Lunatic behaviors by this lady .
5. Bellicois attitude, jealous behaviors, a lot of Ego problems, Personal attack words to any Innocent employees
6. Using lots of Personal Comments against any Employees and making them uncomfortable in the Office.
7. Due to this some Innocent Employees Already Resigned the Company.
8.No action has been taken against this cheap kind of Managers like Jaya Pandey as well as Navneet Sachdeva.
9 Using hateful speeches all the times with her perception and not giving the chance to speak to any employees.
10 Personal attack setting with HR, VPS, teammates or Higher Department
11. Insulting habits Publicly or Private places Professionals or Insulting kind of Words.
12 Grudge problems using words in the office -You Don't Know Me Who I am? I will spoil your career in the personal Cabin.
13 False allegations and finding Error making Uncomfortable to Many Employees before also those are already Resigned.
14. The ego problem is very high for your Cheap kind of Managers, Shouting behaviors whenever find they some not agree with their mistake, Ignoring behaviors, Finding lots of Valid Excuses, and making their Employees Uncomfortable.
15 Managers are jealous with Employees' Salary OR Success, Finding error to make Demoralized Employee's, Doing Drama Acting Queen in front of management, and doing backstabbing in the backside.
16 Creating Errors, and throwing mistakes at some Innocent Employees and making them Uncomfortable .
17 Making so many Wrong Policies like an Error or learning policy and sending a Breach kind of Contract letter to Innocent Employees in the office.
18. Fewer Employees are Working assigning more work to Individuals and finding Errors to make them Uncomfortable.
19. Managers work from home mostly and cross the limits in the phone calls making them Uncomfortable words all the time -that there is no Recording captured by the HRs, or VPS Because they are working in Unethical Management Process.
20. Some Good ladies' habits cover their full bodies when coming to the office, Why should your Married Female Managers wear short dresses in the office aal the times ? This is the Movies, Cinema hall, or Some kind of Prostitute center.?
21. All the Management are sleeping ?female managers with some Female staff behaviors that are not aware of..What they are doing in the office in Unethical Management?
22. Every Good Company Changes Managers after 6 Months for Updating of the Manager's Feedback but why should in this companies this not happened?
23 Any Employee has the power to change the Managers anytime or anywhere as per the act of 80D act 1932 for the constitution for the law.
24.Personal THREATS by Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva -if anybody or anyone is complaining against This two Lady Managers Worst Behaviors then I will make false allegation against Sexual harassment, Rape Case or make false feedback against with the help groups of HRS, VPS etc.
25 Blackmailing Employees with the Help of HRs, VPs with some group people with Deffirent number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] -Harassing and blackmailing by Employees in the Office (Personal Threats by this number to some innocent employees in the NatWest Groups (RBS) by your Departments) -Please verify whose number is this for Take actions Immediately from this People -This is Recorded for attempt to Murder Warning by some Employees mostly there are from your company Employees NatWest Groups (RBS)

26 Requesting for please verify this number and immediately inform to the nearest police station that will be the great to find out the Criminal in your office .
27.Innocent Employees faced lots of pain at NatWest Groups RBS but no management is trying to help to any innocent employees -Gurgaon is famous for Crime, Violence's, Fraud Including Sexual Harassment women to male Genders .

I am writing this letter on behalf of our whole department, we are facing several problems as her behavior with us is very rude and bad with any employees, we can’t concentrate on our work with her presence around us.

Jaya Pandey and Navneet Sachdeva playing Politics for many years treats us like a slave with their perceptions and we have no self-respect in her opinion. Kindly Remove Your manager or otherwise Don't hire Any new employees in this Profile. Some Good employees already Resigned due to this many problems, and here the Whole Management is Blind only, there is no justice for any good Employees.

Please stop doing politics with Innocent employees, all Employees do not belong to Rich Families like you Jaya Pandey, or Navneet Sachdeva, They have been working for many years and have Judging and comparing habits, creating habits, Belonging to the Gunde Family, Misusing the power of the Positions, Making such kind of Policies and Assigning any Work with Fully unethical Management.

Managers have the power to work from Home or the Office anytime or anywhere, Coming at any time in the office and Finding faults to any innocent employees by giving lots of Negative feedback to HR, VPS, or Higher departments.

Remove Both these two lady Managers immediately only
Many employees have felt harassed and belittled by JAYA Pandey And Navneet Sachdeva Politics and have suffered stress and verbal abuse on many occasions, As already management is aware of.
