[Resolved] Naukri.com — Cancel Paid Subscription

Put and end to Cancel Naukri Paid Subscription. It is not useful since money have been deducted regularly. No option online cancel the subscription and none of the customer car number works. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Mar 03, 2024 Updated by Selvajosh @Naukri, While i have sent an paid cancel subscription, today there is an amount of 1088 has been deducted from my account and Mr Tapas Singh sent an email saying unable to reach me . Ideally my paid subscription should have been cancelled and amount should not have been deducted. Please cancel my paid subscription and refund. So i would not suggest not to proceed with similar scams anymore. We would like to inform you that monthly subscription services are auto-renewal in nature, and the amount gets charged on monthly basis for renewal of the service. Hence, the amount was debited from your bank account as per your consent on the "Terms and Condition" page while going ahead with the payment for this service.
