[Resolved] Naukri.com — Misleading and Cheat sales from Naukri agents for FastForward resume services | |||||
Today, I asked and made payment for Executive (15+yrs of exp) level services (resume writing, display etc). However, Naukri sales agent sold me a Senior level (8-15yrs) package. I noticed this anomaly once I made payment. Now, he justified stating "Sir! aapka 15yrs hai to 8-15 me thik hai". Who is he to decide whether I want Senior or Executive level. If I'm making payment for an Executive package, I should be getting the same. Concern is if I have asked for executive level services and made payment for the same, why am I sold a senior package and confirmed by mails once I bought services. This is CHEATING and not expected from Naukri. (Unique CUSTOMER CODE is 130616CS833314 and TRANSACTION ID is 240105TS[protected] Senior or junior level packages cannot be sold to Executive people just by reducing price and then justifying that services are the same. If services are the same then make all packages (Junior, senior, executive packages) of same price on naukri.com portal. OR, have some threshold and inform customer that Naukri cannot give a package beyond this price point. Misselling senior package at executive price is equivalent to forgery, cheating and indulging in unfair business practices. Need my amount refunded back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
