As truth can not be hidden. Same as work without personal interest always appreciable.
They people are doing really good work.
Once i spoke to the engaged person of ncf then he said a quotation like - perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.
I overwhelmed when i heared such dedication.
