Navata Road Transport — Hamali charges-LR U061996.

I usually get a packet (about 10Kgs) of Honey from Tenali Navata to Hyderabad, Perzadiguda Navata, and the transportation charges regularly coming to Rs237/-, and each time the were collecting Rs247/-, without giving any bill, though the amount on the bill shows as Rs.237/-, this time they started asking to pay Rs.250/-, by saying hamali charges and "usually you people will not be having change, that's why you pay Rs.250/-.
And the main branch person recognizes me, because I was a regular visitor to collect this packet, that I pay each time payment was done by Phone pay only, in that case why the change comes into picture?
However, this NAVATA branch changed a lot in dealing the customer differently, compared to starting days. Of course, he is your staff you can bare, but public may object such type of dealings.
