Please refer to the subject order for shri suresh srimali. I need to know while doing online payment i was asked to write the question. Now it's 5 days now but there is no reply. Can i know the lead time for getting a reply.

This is pathetic i don't need any call from your side now, i will be ok if i get reply for my question for which i have paid 9 days back.

Thanks for the so called highly professional approach by your team, now can i just get a date other than your standard never changing reply of 5 working days when i can get reply to my question. I hope reply will be by shri suresh srimali atleast i am expecting this.

Hope i will never try your services again.
