I am a resident of vatika india next, sector 82 gurgaon, i am reading navbharat times from past so many years, the problem is that we only have one vendor in the area and he always ask for 50 rupees per month as a delivery charges, these people are local villagers and always ready to fight, you please imagine that for 90 rupees paper we are paying 50 rupees extra per month
