This is fraud company, I booked the plot more than one month ago, but due to finance issues, cancelled the plot just after next day of the booking, now it is more than one month they are not responding to our calls, and in there office also people not telling anything clearly.

Even we were cheated. Did u get any solution.
This is a fraud company, I booked a plot of 600 sqft, called marigold projects by them. We waited for a month for the documents which were never provided. Hence we asked for refund, which they mentioned would take 30 days. Its been about 3 months they have still not refunded our money. I have contacts of multiple people cheated like this. Please contact me, we can together get our money back.
