[Resolved]  Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation — 48 Hours notice on Property tax payment

Undersigned holding a office property at CBD Belapur, are regular payer of property tax and during last dec'2013 paid the billed property tax due to NMMC and have no outstanding.NMMC is issuing two separate tax bills against my one property since long, out of which one bill is being updated in their system against a/c no. BE[protected] after payment and other one A/c no. BE[protected] in which tax amount is accumulated since few years, needs to be deleted due to duplication and same was informed to NMMC personnel on my visit to their office during Dec'2013.(two property A/c for my office no. BEL[protected]B411 are 1)BE[protected] and 2)BE[protected] ) But recently I have received an 48hours notice(copy attached) from NMMC Belapur to clear all tax dues against duplicate bill for the said property, which is clearly their mistake and even after information, is not updated/deleted in their system.This is a undue harassment to all the property owner who are paying taxes in time. This needs to be intimated to NMMC concerned for needful action and further improvement in their system update.
