I am a radiology nbe diploma resident at vidyasagar state general hospital
in the department
their is no consultant to teach
(one consultant retired 1 yr back and 1 consultant retired on 31/12/2023) no new consultant is hired yet(administration giving rude answer on asking )
NO xray reporting is done
in usg department only fetal profile and whole abdomen is performed
NO anomoly scan or Doppler or small part scan or msk scan is done
CT is reported by telereporting
NO seminar or any curriculum activity is done
we are not learning anything in this hospital
KINDLY LOOK OVER IT
WE ARE FORCED TO DO CASUALTY MEDICAL OFFICER DUTY IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT WHICH IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL
