NDMC — I just want to enquire about 2 stray female dogs been catched from Khan Market area

I just want to enquire about 2 female dogs ( 1 White and 1 Brown) that have been captured by NDMC dog catcher team 2 3 days ago from Khan Market colony area...As much I know about the rules the catchers release the dogs in the same area where they have been catched from after sterilising but nobody has released the 2 dogs till now
