Ndpl — Irregular power supply

Dear sir, I live in Sector-28 Rohini(Baghban Apartment). My flat Number is 741. For the last fortnight, the power of our phase (alongwith other connected to that phase) is being regularly cut off during 4 am (early morning) till 7 am. Whenever we call the customer care usually we receive response that due to technical snag this problem occured. I want to ask that in our society, only our phase goes down and other phase does not get any cut. If this problem regularly persist why not a permanent solution has been found yet by the Tata power company? We are facing the each and every night as a nighmare.
