Sir, we are trying to reduce the load of my above connection we were informed that online application to be made for load reduction, since July 2022 on wards we are trying to apply for load reduction, system was not accepting the application, when we contact the customer care center we we asked to wait 6 month, After that in April 2023 we were informed since the our yearly average is high systems is accepting load of 38kw and load was reduced to 38 kw but same was increased to 59 kw in June 2023, since then we are trying to get the load reduce but system is not accepting the application.
since June 2022 till now my Highest MID is 9 kw only, i am been forced to pay fixed charges for 59 kw, i requests to reduce my load to 20 kw only.
