It has been nearly a month since filling the 5 steps online application form for a new connection, yet till date I have not received any update regarding when they will inspect the property and then install the new meter. The flat had a meter and electricity connection when I purchased the flat a few years ago. The flat was empty and locked for a few years as I was posted outstation. NDPL removed the existing meter and left my flat in darkness, without any information. Now they say I can get only new connection, which also they have not done anything. I need to move in to the flat so please help me getting the electricity ASAP, As without electricity its unhabitable.
