NDTV — Amazon not elivering mobile booked vide order no.[protected]

I booked a mobile on 21st October 2014 vide order no.[protected] & as per the order conditions Amazon was suppose to get it deliver by 29th October. But When I did not got the delivery by 29th October, I contacted the Amazon people for the same. The customer service people kept me assuring that the delivery will be done within few days. But now they are not even responding to my requests for the delivery
