hello. sir i buy aa new swift dezire car from stan auto pvt ltd mohali on 3 sept 2014 . i am paid full payment of my R.C and issued temp no. of my car . at that time my R.C car charges are 6% that is 36393. stan auto mohali fail to made my R.C within time that is 1 month of purchasing a car . after that on oct 6 car R.C charges are hike by govt 2% . now stan auto claim me to pay extra charges 11000 approx. what can i do sir now . stan g.m didnt pick my cal .pls help me stan auto pvt ltd contact no [protected]. and my contact no is Amandeep singh from patiala mob [protected] PLS HELP ME
