Your product is received faulty.
As you should change it on very first day as I informed you after receipt of this faulty product.
Person from Gadgets360 already had a conversation with the service centre incharge Ms.kalpana and she clearly told that they will not able to issue any certificate regarding this phone as per policy.
So
Again you are sending such mail to me.
Just make an arrangement for the refund and take this faulty product.
