On 10.5.2022 at 7.39 pm I booked a return tkt for 2 pax for Shirdi on Spice Jet site journey starting on 15.5.2022 n return on 16.5.2022 n paid Rs 33060 thru my Indus Ind cr card. Waited for some time for tkt but of no avail then I got a call from Spice Jet that their payment gateway crashed n don’t close the system n they shall get back shortly leading to an ever ending wait till now. Since the system thru which tkt was booked I booked another tkt at 8.05 pm thru a different system for same journey for my daughter n paid Rs 18084 thru Indus Ind Card. Same story that tkt was not issued n system hung. However v both got messages from Spice Jet on availability of taxi services at both centres Delhi n Shirdi n COVID protocol for journey. If tkts were not booked how these messages were generated. Spice Jet is seeking details of tkts which were never communicated. All thru out Spice Jet customer service centres were irresponsive for around 3 hrs. Indus Ind Bank has asked me to wait for 14 days n since the payment is still under process they can’t refund. I m a Sr citizen 70 yrs of age n my sugar level has shot up drastically post this incident as Rs 51000 is stuck up due to inefficiencies of Spice Jet who seem to b using similar float money generated given their financial woes n inefficiency of Indus Ind Bank. God forbid if any of hing happens to me Spice Jet n Indus Ind Bank should b squarely accountable for harassment of a Sr Citizen cell [protected] I can share all documents Was this information helpful? |
