govt AC low floor bus no - RJ14 PC 4521 we were travelling from gaushala stop to genpact stop betwee 3.00pm to 3.30pm. and the lady conductor give us the ticket for genpact stop but at arrival at genpact stop driver refused to stop the bus and tell us that this is not the stopage and he fastly crossed the stopage and apart from our request he dropped us at durgapura stopage. and on the stopage hoarding it is alredy mentioned about the stopage of the bus. it use to happen at regular basis. i hope u will definetely take it seriously, waiting for a favourable response.
