In the gali in begum bagh where we live 2 neighbors have constructed their houses. One is in progress and one is completed few months back. While constructing they bought heavy trolleys inside small gali which broke the sewers of the gali. As a result filthy water overflows all the time and gali is always full of water. It has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes which is resulting in diseases like dengue, malaria. Senior citizens live here which are at high risk of getting these diseases. We residents have requested the people constructing their houses several times to address the issue and construct the manholes but they fight and straight away deny. Please help us and suggest what should we do.
