Neighbours — garbage, water and debris in the street

Sir i want to complain against municipality rewari. I am a resident of h. No.3333 azad chock, circular road rewari. On the both corners and entrance of our house debris is laying all over the street and the entrance is also blocked with bricks. The people who live in the neighborhood throw garbage, water in the street since 5 to 6 month. I have already complained this thing in such bharat app, but there is no concrete steps have been taken yet.

Sir, i wnat to complaint against my neighbor (Mr.Bhawan Das panwar) .I am residence of house no.3333 Banjarwada, Azad chock rewari .On the both corner of my house construction material is laying and the entrance is blocked with bricks and construction material.We told them many time but he said in response until our house is not built it will remain like this.because of which we stopped coming and going from the house.Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
