There is a house in my neighborhood who is recently purchased by Mr. Virender Singh, the address of that house isSir/Mam,

There is a house in my neighborhood who is recently purchased by Mr. Virender Singh, the address of that house is C-572, Bank Colony, Devli Village New Delhi 110062.
He is renovating his house since last month. Yesterday, I and my son was not home due to some personal matter and my daughter was left alone at home. During our absence, he intentionally going built another gate which he will build soon (He already has his main gate) just beside our main gate which they are intentionally blocking our front gate. When we try to communicate with him peacefully to sort this matter out, he responded aggressively and his father-in-law and mother-in-law misbehaved and talk to us very rudely.
The statement made by his mother-in-law and father-in-law was "Tumko jo kerna hai kerlo, hum gate yahi se nikalenge or gate yahi se khulega, agar apko pareshani hai toh aap apna gate kahi or se nikalo" and they start shouting in the whole street and try to show their dominance by threatened by many ways.
Please look into this matter very urgently.
