Neighbours — Regarding garbage and illegal smoking and drinking in front of my home

I am a resident of 266/110 Nai basti bhadewan aishbagh Lucknow, Nearby my house there is garbage dump and some people are smoking and drinking in front of my home I objected sometimes but no one is warned. Kindly please take necessary step I will be very grateful to you.
