Ashok vihar phase 2. My neighbours put extra water in park just so the kids can't play there. This is ridiculous as it is a public park moreover ao much water is being wasted daily. Also, despite if having benches in park, they go and sit in the middle where the children are already playing. This is clearly harassment! I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING!
