Neobux — about invalid registration

respected sir, I have been registered with Bharatonline works just 3 months ago.My registration. no. is ALPHA7FC5E1 for working at home job living in Zirakpur, Punjab .According to the policy, I created my own account with PayPal. Neobux instructed me to copy-paste the code they sent to me at my e-mail address. I have tried so many to copy-paste this code. but each time it says an invalid code.
