Since the last few weeks I am unable to renew my organization's domains registered with Net4.com because their payment system is not working and the Net4.com website was also inaccessible in the first week of September 2020. Some of our domains expired during this time. Their customer service number provided +[protected] seems doesn't seem to exist. There is no response whatsoever from their email addresses provided for resolution like [protected]@net4.in / [protected]@net4.com. Further, there seems to be no official body in India who are responsible for taking up issues with domain registrars who deal in country level domains .in and .org.in and so on.
