Netflix — netflix account hacked

My Netflix account has been hacked. This is sheer fraud. Both my Email and phone number has been changed without my consent. I got the following email:

We've changed your account email address, as you asked. You will no longer be able to use [protected]@gmail.com to sign in to Netflix; please use your new email address.
If you did not ask to change your email address, we are here to help secure your account – just contact us.

I am unable to open my account. I went to https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus
I called for help but The contact number is also fraud as they are asking for my credit card information. I am complaining against Netflix for this. If this is a case of phishing please take necessary steps to punish the culprits.
