Netflix — without my permission they started my premium plan and deducted money

I am rohit sharma ([protected]) from india. Netflix have started premium plan ($14.99/month) without my permission. And deducted my money from my bank account. They have details of my bank account and card because of my earlier membership plan. I had been unsubscribed netflix premium plan long time ago. But suddenly yesterday they activated my premium plan and deducted my money. How can they do this without my permission. Now i want my money back in my account and i want an immediate action on this.
Somebody also try to change my email id and password as i have got emails. Now it is also matter of security of the user accounts. Please help me with this. I shall be very thankful. Please take this matter seriously. Waiting for quick response.
