I tried to place order of item "organic india breath free 60 cap.", the amount deducted from bank, but order not generated. Total hopeless service of netmeds, already FIVE DAYS crossed, but no action by netmeds. Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 20, 2022 Updated by parag1995 So far no response from netmeds customer care, but I received one sms requesting from netmed asking rating for their hopeless service

Now more than 7 days have been crossed, but netmeds neither processed my order nor refunded my money. Customers should be aware of this cheating company netmeds.

Already successfully debited from my payment bank, and not refunded back to me till now, so I am giving you this complaint since 15th june 2022. Urgently refund my amount.
