[Resolved] Netmeds — Damaged product received,still refund not initiated by netmeds

I have received damaged product on August 13, 2022 against Order Id[protected]ASO1 . After raising my issue with their customer support service they issued ticket no. [protected] .
Whenever i contact them they say 'we have forwarded your issue to the concerned team'.
I'm still waiting from last 72hours for my refund against damaged product
