Hi team, I placed an order in netmed on 15th oct 2019 & this was my first time order with netmed. Every time i order medicine from 1mg & i got the medicine on time even before the eta. This time i just planned to order it from netmed & this was a big fault done by me now i am feeling. Neither the netmed not it's courier partner shows there responsibility towards the service or customer experience. My eta was on 17th oct 2019 but the courier person without calling me mentioned in the remarks as customer not available or business closed. After that i complained the same to the netmed executive through the helpline number but that was also useless they only raised the complained & sit silent gave me the false commitment as eod i will receive the packet. The full day gone on the 19th again i spoke with one of the senior person & informed him about the delay but even he also gave me the wrong commitment that the parcel will deliver by eod of 19th. The whole day gone i have not get an single call from any courier person. Netmed now took my money & play with me. The experience with my 1st order make me decide now this is the last order from netmed & i decided to show this thing to social media now who are still not the user of the netmed & planned to be. I have never expect this type of disgusting service they are providing with the customer. Now i will receive my packet or not leave it. But i will definitely show this to everyone who are still trusting netmed. Was this information helpful? | |||

I placed my order today. And amount also deducted from my account but now it is showing my order is declined and my money is not refunded. Please help me. I want my Declined order money
