Netmeds — full refund not received

Sir,

I was trying to order on netmeds for an order of rs. 1414.72 on 06/072017. First i tried to place a prepaid order to avail 5% extra discount however orders were not successful. At, last i had to place a cod order which was received by me and payment was made. However, i later discovered thst payment was deducted thrice from my account i. E. Rs. 1414.72 x 3 times. Out of the three deductions, 2 refunds were made by netmeds. However, the third refund is still pending and netmeds has closed the complaint ticket saying the issue has been resolved. Hence, i am forced to write to you to get refund of my hard earned money. Please, help me receive my money.
