This with reference to my order[protected]M where delivery was initially expected on 5th but I am still to receive the nebuliser and one of the respirate.
From 5th -8th I have raised number of complaints on the Netmeds app to cancel my request as this medicine wand nebuliser was a critical need which I have now purchased from the local medical store directly.
None of the Netmeds executives are able to give me a solution and I have just been dragged with the same comment from the last 3 days.
Please someone help to get the order cancelled and there is a definite need to take strict action against such entities dealing in critical and life saving medicines with such a lack of customer focus Was this information helpful? |
