Very worst customer service.. Everything is automated.. And it repeats the same.. My order order id[protected]m was placed on 10th of august. I was about to receive the product on 12th of august.. I got only a message stating my product got delivered.. Actually i don't get any product delivered.. I tried calling their customer care (Worst service) no one replied or it repeats the same msg as it is delivered.
Raised a complain on 12th itself through mail ticket no:[protected] was registered.. Still there is no reply from them.. Since it is a prepaid order i want my money to be refunded as early as possible..
