I ordered medicines on 19/09/2018 and it was sent to wrong address, while i complained they advised return, on 28th september netmeds created new order but send me part of my order. Since then two of the medicines are pending with them. Even after phone calls and emails they don't respond and only apologise. I have been purchasing medicines from netmeds for a long time, they only assure and apologise but don't despatch the medicines.
