Dear sir,
Regret i am getting messages at least 5 of them past 2 days since i placed the order that a doctor will contact me. Regret till date no body has contacted and order is pending for which i have already made full payment.
I also called twice to customer care and agreed for your doctor giving substitute medicine prescription, still nothing happened.
In past i find the orders wherein i make full payment are neglected and order where i opt for cash on delivery are only attended.
This is serious issue with netmeds which you need to resolve.
Please look into my order if it can not be dispatched today, request to cancel the order.
