I placed an order for some medicines. Netmeds split the order into 3 slots and delivered half of the items in 2 slots and did not deliver half of the items.
I have complained about this through email, chatting and phone call. After trying for about 12 days, I could talk with a human assistant (on 5th Feb) through voice call who said the money would be refunded immediately.
As no refund came, after 10 days on Feb 16, 2022, I wrote an email complaint to netmeds, Ticket No:[protected].
After 6 days of verification they replied me that- We would like to inform you that we have not received the payment, We kindly request you to check the payment gateway. (email enclosed).
Now I want to bring your kind attention that how irresponsible and ridiculous are these people in their response. If they have not received the payment how did they deliver half of the medicines? are they so generous to send medicines free from their pocket.
I am attaching the relevant documents
(1) the screenshot of mobile app which shows that the 3rd lot has been shipped but not delivered
(2) the screenshot of my order from netmeds website, which shows the details of the order and payment.
(3) the invoice which shows that they have received the payments.
I would bring this to the kind attention of all customers to be aware of this irresponsible company and be prepared to loose their money before making any payment to netmeds.
