Netmeds — Non delivery of medicines | |||||
We had placed an order for medicines from Netmeds on 27th May 2016 and made an online payment for them. 15 days have passed since we placed the order but till date, we have not yet received the medicines. On 29th May, we received a notification that order is in 'packing'. It remained in packing mode for several days. Despite repeated phone calls, the Netmeds representatives could not answer the queries. All they would say is that they will forwArd the complaint to packing dept. Finally, on 6th June, we received another notification that the package has been despatched and is in transit. Further 6 days have passed since then and the status shows 'in transit'. There is no contact no of the courier service. Again after repeated calls to Netmeds, they only say we should receive the medicines in a day or two. 15 days are over since we placed the order and we are yet to receive the medicines. Extremely inefficient and shoddy service. This is our second bad experience with them. We shall not be ordering from Netmeds ever again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
