New Delhi Rs Tmo — Tracking not updating from last 15 days

Hi,
This is to inform you that I want the re delivery of my parcel as it was returned back by post office. The parcel is received by Rs Tmo office on 03/02/2023 and was dispatched on 03/02/2023 to foreign post office.
But the item still show as dispatched and no tracking is updated in last 15 days and since it is not received by foreign post office. They are not able to get it re delivered. The order number is CH[protected]US.

Please help me so that I can get the package re delivered to me.
