New India Assurance — over delay of motor claim settlement

I am pm mathews, my vehicle #kl 30e 7005,
My vehicle received after repairs received on 26th oct 2018, all supporting documents are submitted to new india assurance office at chengannur in time, last one and a half months several visit made their office, they are waiting for survey report surveyor name is mr. Ashok kumar.
Pls look into the matter& do the needful
