We have recently moved to new address in Indrapuram. Our area newspaper vendor is creating problems for us and not delivering news paper to us. We have asked him Hindi English paper combo...he is asking for separate charges for it, also asking for Advance money along with newspaper delivery charges...his behavior is very rude.
